Lauren Daming, CIPP/US
Lauren Daming is an employment and labor attorney at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., representing employers in matters related to privacy, discrimination, leave and accommodations, wage and hour issues, employee benefits, and traditional labor issues. Recognizing that privacy impacts virtually every aspect of the employment relationship, Lauren’s experience includes both advising and representing clients in privacy-related employment litigation on topics involving privacy torts; pre-employment concerns; medical screenings and employer obligations under the ADA and GINA; employee monitoring and surveillance; and employee data collection.
Lauren is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Her litigation experience includes employment disputes in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board. She frequently writes and presents on all labor and employment topics, including arbitration, the Fair Labor Standards Act, BIPA, and numerous other issues that affect all types of employers.
