Magdalena is a qualified legal counsel currently holding a position of a Director in CFCC Data Conduct, Privacy and Sovereignty team at Standard Chartered Bank.

Throughout the years she has been holding various positions related to privacy laws across jurisdictions. She has a wide experience in designing and implementing global privacy frameworks as well as in advising on intersections between GDPR and other EU Directives and Regulations. She has advised on AI Act implementation as well as its interplay with GDPR and led global teams that successfully implemented into practice new data protection rules and regulations."
