Katherine Marie Kulbeth, CIPP/E, CIPP/US
Marie Kulbeth is the COO and general counsel of SixFifty. As SixFifty’s leading privacy expert, she focuses on helping customers implement SixFifty’s automated solutions across various industries. Prior to joining SixFifty, Marie was an assistant dean at the BYU Law School, where she worked with Kimball and the original LawX team on the SoloSuit project. That project launched Marie’s interest in leveraging technology to help businesses and individuals navigate continuously evolving, complex regulatory schemes. Named one of Utah’s “30 Women to Watch,” Marie is dedicated to using the lessons learned in business to improve legal education and access to justice. In addition to her work with SixFifty, Marie is the co-director of LawX, which will focus on increasing the navigability of the asylum process as its next project.
