About the IAPP

Rachael Haher is the Vice President of Business Development and Account Management at TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning contract staffing and executive placement search firm that specializes in representing privacy professionals. Rachael works closely with TRU’s CEO in leading the global business development efforts of the organization and is responsible for the onboarding of all new privacy searches with TRU’s award-winning recruitment and account management team. She has represented and successfully fulfilled requisitions ranging from Chief Privacy Officer and Data Privacy Officer to Privacy Analyst and more. Rachael organizes the delivery of TRU’s original content related to the privacy job market via conference panels, webinars, market intelligence publications.
