Senior associate lawyer at Veirano Advogados in São Paulo, in the Technology, Intellectual Property, and Information Technology practices, with emphasis on Data Protection and privacy projects, Digital law, internet, software and complex technology transactions. Experience in developing across-the-board data assessments and reviewing policies, terms of use and agreements under the light of standards data protection legal framework, drafting templates and awareness campaigns for thorough compliance. Graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), with specialization in International and European Law from the University Paris-Descartes (PARIS V), post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property and New Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) Law School, and training in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in partnership with the University of Geneva (UNIGE) and the Japanese Institute of Industrial Property (JPO) JIPII and HIDA. Isabel is native Portuguese speaking and has full working proficiency in English and French.
