About the IAPP

Scott Bloomberg is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Maine School of Law. He is also the Director of Maine Law's Information Privacy Law Program. Scott teaches and researches in the areas of Information Privacy Law, the First Amendment, Cannabis Law, & Constitutional Law. Prior to joining Maine Law, Scott spent three years clerking for federal judges and practiced law at Foley Hoag in Boston, where he was a member of the firm's Privacy & Data Security Practice Group.
