About the IAPP

Angelo Tiglao, AIGP, CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPT, FIP is an associate in the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology Practice Group at Quisumbing Torres. Angelo holds multiple certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe), Certified Information Privacy Manager, and Certified Information Privacy Technologist. He is also recognized as a Fellow of Information Privacy and an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional. Currently, Angelo serves as a member of the IAPP Asia Advisory Board and previously held the role of Co-Chair in the IAPP KnowledgeNet Philippine Chapter. In addition, Angelo is a professor at De La Salle University School of Law, where he teaches several law subjects, including Statutory Construction and Intellectual Property Law.
