About the IAPP

Dianne Augustin is the COO and DPO for JN Bank UK Ltd, she is a seasoned financial services professional, who started her banking career as a fund manager managing pension funds. She has worked in several senior roles, spanning regulatory, compliance and operational matters, stakeholder management of key government and corporate executives, strategy development and delivering impressive growth targets in both sales and profitability.

Her formal education includes BSc in Banking and Finance, an undergraduate law degree (LLB), a Future Commerce qualification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a professional diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe.

She is from the beautiful island of St. Lucia and currently resides in the UK.
