About the IAPP

Nadia is a seasoned New York based privacy attorney and host of The Global Privacy Podcast. She has held leadership roles in the South Asian Bar Association of New York and is presently chair of the New York chapter of the IAPP. She has extensive experience advising MNCs and other global companies on various matters. As privacy counsel, she handled all aspects of data privacy and security matters, acted as subject matter expert to cross functional teams and implemented scalable privacy and security controls within the framework of a growing company. She also led third party due diligence. She has also consulted for clients on the operationalization of their global privacy programs and has an in-depth understanding of global privacy regulations.
