About the IAPP

Rachel is General Counsel at Suzy, Inc., a market research SaaS company. She also leads its AI governance, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness functions (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, NIST AI RMF, etc) and chairs both its Information Security and Privacy Council and its Incident Response Team. Prior to joining Suzy, she navigated complex litigation, commercial transactions, compliance, and e-discovery (including supervised and unsupervised AI/ML) in highly-regulated industries.
