About the IAPP

Natalia Kirichenko is a Partner in Kinstellar’s Ukraine office, the head of the local IP&T, Data & Cybersecurity services lines, and the co-head of the firm-wide IP&T service line.

Natalia specializes in data protection, privacy, and information technologies and advises clients on compliance with Ukrainian data protection requirements. She assists with the development of complex privacy compliance programs, as well as advises on various day to day privacy related issues, including cross-border data flows, employee data and electronic monitoring, biometrics privacy, healthcare privacy, cloud and other business services agreements. She is also experienced in coordinating multi-jurisdictional data protection projects.

Natalia is recognized for IP by Legal 500 EMEA and recommended as a Next Generation Partner in 2023. In 2018 – 2023, the WTR 1000 recommended her amongst the World's Leading Trademark Professionals in Ukraine. Natalia was named a Notable Practitioner by IP Stars (MIP by Euromoney) in 2021. The 2021 edition of Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients recognized her as a Notable Practitioner in the areas of IP and Telecommunications & Media in Ukraine.
