Chapin Gregor

Chapin Gregor is Policy Counsel for ACT | The App Association, a global trade association representing small and medium-sized technology companies. His portfolio includes a wide array of tech policy issues, from competition to data privacy to digital trade, both at the U.S. federal level and globally. Prior to joining the App Association, Gregor worked for nearly a decade for the U.S. Senate, most recently as Deputy Policy Director for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation with responsibility for consumer protection policy matters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.
