About the IAPP

As Senior Manager-Architects at Salesforce, John Conway leads a team of enterprise and technical architects advising organizations on using technology to execute their corporate strategy and vision for digital transformation.

With more than 15 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem as a customer, AppExchange partner, and system integrator gives him a unique perspective on how Salesforce technology can drive customer success. Before joining Salesforce, he held senior roles at private equity and management consulting firms, including Deloitte and PwC.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Greenwich and 12 certifications in Privacy, Agile, and Salesforce Solutions. John is also a published author and an accomplished public speaker.
