Mazen AlHaddad is a visionary technology leader with over two decades of experience in telecommunications, ICT, smart cities, and real estate development. His career is distinguished by a passion for innovation and a profound understanding of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on embedding privacy and AI governance into urban development.

Currently, Mazen is leading smart city development for a mega-project in Saudi Arabia. His ambition is to create a pioneering model for future urban environments that seamlessly balances cutting-edge technological innovation with the fundamental right to privacy. Mazen's expertise spans Telecom/ICT infrastructure design, AI development, IoT implementation, and smart infrastructure development. In his role, he is instrumental in crafting AI enablement strategies and incorporating sustainable principles into urban development initiatives. 

Mazen's professional credentials are extensive and diverse. He holds several key certifications, including CIPM, CIPT, PMP, Microsoft AI Engineer, Certified IoT Expert, and Cybersecurity Certification. Furthering to his expertise, Mazen is currently pursuing a Master in Global Smart City Management from ZIT at the University of Barcelona.
