Holder of a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, Venezuela); Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Law, University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia) and International Business Law, University of Sydney (Sydney, Australia); and other professional accreditations. Admitted to practice in both Australia and Venezuela.
