About the IAPP

Caroline Goulding is TikTok’s Data Protection Officer leading the Office of the DPO and Privacy Operations functions and sitting on the TikTok Ireland site leadership team. She previously served as LinkedIn's first Data Protection Officer. 

Caroline has held previous roles on the Board of Directors for the Irish American Bar Association; IAPP Women Leading Privacy Advisory Board Member; the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland Data Protection and Information Security working group. Caroline is the Founder of the DPO Network for the multinational software sector, serving as the first Chairperson and also regularly advises start-up’s.
