About the IAPP

Caroline Budde is a legal executive with over two decades of experience in building privacy, security, compliance and risk management programs. Caroline currently serves as Baxter’s Vice President, Deputy General Counsel Privacy, Security and Digital. In this role, Caroline acts as the organization’s Chief Privacy Officer and advises Baxter on privacy, cybersecurity, data management, digital transformation and incident response. Prior to joining Baxter, Caroline served as the Global Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for Walgreens Boots Alliance.
