About the IAPP

Jenny is Director at Ernst & Young in Munich, where she advises global clients on data privacy/protection and data trust governance and compliance. She’s passionate about helping organizations find efficient and effective compliance solutions through smart process design and implementation strategies while leveraging digital solutions. She is CIPP/E, CIPM, and FIP certified. Prior to joining advisory, Jenny was Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Privacy Counsel at an international technology and EDiscovery company in New York City, where she advised on cross-border data transfers. Jenny is a licensed attorney and began her career practicing law at international firms in New York. Jenny is also a former Adjust Professor at Brooklyn Law School.
