About the IAPP

Marian Waldmann Agarwal is a partner in Morrison Foerster’s global Privacy and Data Security Group and a co-lead of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Group. Marian works with companies across various industries to develop comprehensive privacy compliance programs tailored to companies’ specific needs and operations. She assesses existing privacy compliance programs, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending strategic improvements. Marian also advises clients on the design, acquisition, and implementation of AI systems, ensuring they are developed in a manner that respects privacy laws.
