About the IAPP

Christelle Bricou-Koch graduated with a “Master Spécialisé – Management et Protection des Données Personnelles” at the ISEP school in Paris. Her thesis covers the record of processing activities by SaaS processors.

Prior to engaging” in the ISEP DPO training, Christelle has participated for 5years+ into the implementation of a GDPR-compliant comprehensive privacy program at SAP and SAP Concur. In her role as an in-house privacy counsel, she supported the global privacy organization in helping to ensure that privacy and data protection issues, risks and opportunities were appropriately identified and addressed and provided guidance relating to data protection law compliance in particular in the area of direct marketing, websites, cookies, tracking technologies, product compliance, mobile apps, vendor management, international transfer of data, etc.  Prior to her involvement in privacy matters, she developed extensive experience drafting and negotiating various types of IT agreements in the field of digital and emerging technologies.
