Helena Engfeldt, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, is a partner in Baker McKenzie's San Francisco office helping companies around the world expand their businesses internationally especially by taking privacy law compliance global. She focuses on counseling companies on data privacy and protection regulations as they apply to products, business models, and employers. She holds law degrees from Uppsala University, Sweden, and Berkeley Law, California and is admitted to the California, New York, and Washington bar.
