With a dynamic career spanning multiple decades, I have cultivated a unique expertise at the intersection of privacy, data governance, and regulatory strategy. At Intuitive, I lead Global Privacy Operations, co-own the joint privacy program with Privacy Legal, and provide strategic guidance to embed privacy requirements into business processes, products, and services while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, managing incident response, overseeing audits, and driving enterprise-wide privacy initiatives. 

At Microsoft, I served as a Director of Regulatory Governance and Privacy Operations, where I led cross-functional teams to address complex challenges in AI, GDPR compliance, and product strategy. My time at Meta sharpened my ability to navigate global privacy operations, steering regulatory audit preparedness and integrating privacy frameworks into innovative product launches. 

Earlier, roles at Gap Inc. and LPL Financial fortified my acumen in risk assessment, cybersecurity, and regulatory strategy, balancing technical insight with strategic vision. A grounding in the legal and public policy sectors, through internships with the ACLU and the Office of Assemblyman Leno, instilled a passion for impactful governance and ethical leadership.
