Zoe Argento, CIPP/US
Zoe M. Argento is co-chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice at Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest management-side labor and employment law firm in the world. She represents and counsels clients on all aspects of data protection, including: data breach response and regulatory investigations; HIPAA and health laws; workplace surveillance, new technologies in the workplace including artificial intelligence; and compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other global data protection laws. She has written extensively on subjects related to privacy, data security, and artificial intelligence and frequently presents on these topics. Before attending law school, Zoe was an officer in the U.S. Navy.
