About the IAPP

May is Global Senior Counsel at McDonald’s Corporation whose current practice focus is AI and Privacy, and is based at the Chicago corporate headquarters. Her international experience includes prior practice in Singapore as Asia Pacific regional lead counsel at different US and European Fortune 500 companies, and undergraduate and post graduate legal studies in the United Kingdom. May is passionate about people first and AI second, and is hopeful for a flourishing future for both.
