About the IAPP

Brenda Corey is senior vice-president compliance and regulatory with Sedgwick. She is Sedgwick’s privacy officer for the Americas. Sedgwick is a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Brenda joined Sedgwick in January 2000 and manages privacy, licensing, fraud and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Brenda was legal affairs manager for Wang’ International, Inc., worked in the legal department of Fred’s, Inc. and the law firms of Baker Donelson in Memphis and Merchant & Gould in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brenda is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds the CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP.
