Jeewon Kim Serrato is a partner in the San Francisco office and co-chair of the Digital Transformation and Data Economy team at BakerHostetler. Serrato's practice focuses on guiding organizations through periods of transformation and change, whether it is driven by innovation or crisis management. She counsels clients in the areas of consumer privacy, cybersecurity, data monetization and data science. She is currently actively assisting clients with the design and implementation of enterprise privacy programs to comply with CCPA, CPRA, and other US and global privacy laws and has experience defending companies in response to California Attorney General investigations and enforcement actions. Serrato formerly served on the US Department of Homeland Security Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee and as Inaugural Chair of the California Lawyers Association (formerly the state bar) Privacy Law Section Executive Committee. Jeewon is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a co-author of the IAPP publication, “Data Processing Agreements: Coordination, Drafting and Negotiation“ (2019).  jserrato@bakerlaw.com
