About the IAPP

Trinity is a designated Privacy Law Specialist with an industry focus on healthcare and biotechnology. She specializes in U.S. and European data protection law and enjoys resolving challenges that arise with new and emerging technologies and complex data flows. Trinity has extensive experience advising clients ranging in size and maturity from newly public to Fortune 200 in a variety of areas including negotiating large technology deals, incident response, M&A, privacy contracting (including legitimizing international data transfer), and global privacy compliance. She also has deep proficiency in contracting and negotiating for business development, commercial, and IT clients, and brings a holistic approach to her privacy practice. Trinity is a frequent speaker on privacy-related topics and holds a CIPP/US, CIPM, and FIP in addition to her PLS from the IAPP.
