Volha Samasiuk is Director, Senior Privacy & Data Use Counsel at Autodesk, a leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software. Volha supports its data use and data ethics programs and helps business teams navigate evolving privacy, data, and AI regulations. Previously, Volha was Senior Counsel and Privacy & Compliance Officer at Wargaming, an award-winning video game company headquartered in the EU. She also worked within numerous sectors advising on multinational and global matters as a legal consultant for World Bank’s International Finance Corporation and the United Nations Development Program. Volha is a frequent speaker and an author passionate about Privacy, Responsible AI/ML, and Data & AI Ethics. She has been recognized as one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ 2024.
