Shoshana Rosenberg is a distinguished executive and corporate attorney with an exceptionally broad purview and extensive expertise in international data protection, security, and emerging technology law. As a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief AI Governance and Privacy Officer, she has worked in emerging technology governance, privacy, and security for global professional services firms for over 18 years.
Shoshana is also the co-founder of Women in AI Governance, and a founding member and the strategic programs advisor for Logical AI Governance, whose training programs help privacy and compliance leaders understand how to build, operationalize, and refine holistic AI Governance programs. As a certified privacy data solutions engineer and founder and General Counsel of SafePorter, a PET in the feedback space, Shoshana leads the PICCASO EU Privacy Award-winning certified B Corp that fosters trust around feedback and DEI data between global organizations and the employees and stakeholders.
A U.S. Navy veteran, and an advisor to the Institute for Operational Privacy Design, Shoshana is a passionate advocate for social entrepreneurship and the need for a firm time-bound mandate around explainability by design in new AI systems.
