About the IAPP

Sok Woo Yoon is a Senior Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer for PNC Financial Services. He is responsible for managing the Privacy Office at PNC, and is accountable for the organization’s compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, and standards related to the appropriate use, disclosure and management of personal information. Some of the key regulations that are within the purview of the Privacy Office include GLBA, Regulation P, HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PIPEDA, GDPR and CCPA. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
