Kathryne (Kate) M. Morris is a co-founding member of Hosch & Morris, a boutique law firm dedicated to data privacy, information security, the Internet and technology. Kate’s practice focuses on U.S. and E.U. data privacy, cybersecurity issues, and commercial IT services transactions. She helps in-house legal departments operationalize their privacy programs, tackle novel technology and data use issues, manage and contract with critical technology service providers, and communicate with C-suites and boards about information governance, privacy and cybersecurity. Kate is triple certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, recognized as a Privacy Law Specialist (PLS), and frequently speaks and writes on technology issues related to evolving privacy and data protection laws, information governance and legal ethics.
