About the IAPP

Elaine is a privacy and AI governance lawyer, who is passionate about the intersection of data protection, privacy and AI.

Currently working in Dell Technologies, with previous experience at ICON, a clinical research organisation and prior to that in private practice.

Elaine has a certificate in Data Protection from the Law Society of Ireland and IAPP CIPPe, CIPM and AIGP qualifications. She is a designated IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy.

She is a member of the Law Society IP and Data Protection Law Committee.

She enjoys speaking on writing on privacy and AI.
