About the IAPP

Mr. Morris is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with extensive experience in privacy and cybersecurity. His experience includes conducting PII Inventories; building privacy assessment tools; drafting privacy program policies and guidance; assessing risk around use of PII through development of privacy compliance artifacts; and conducting policy and legislative analysis around the implementation of new privacy requirements. Additionally, Mr. Morris has extensive experience serving and counseling clients on matters relating to criminal defense, civil litigation, patent litigation, and patent prosecution; maintaining client records in accordance with industry standards and best practices; and reviewing law, regulations, and policy in support of clients.
