About the IAPP

Alessandra is a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Italy with a specific experience and specialization in data protection compliance. 

She worked as Legal Compliance Officer in the data privacy team of an Italian consulting company supporting several private companies within in different business sectors to reach data privacy compliance via the development and management of relevant privacy programs. 

In 2018 she joined Stanley Black & Decker Inc., - a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware and provider of security products – as Data Privacy Specialist for Europe and afterwards she was promoted as Global Privacy Manager and her role expanded accordingly.

In 2020 Alessandra joined Beiersdorf as Data Privacy Manager for Southern Europe and in 2024 was promoted as Compliance Manager for Southern Europe and Italy Country DPO.

Alessandra attended the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (Italy) and obtained her Master’s degree in law in 2010. In 2015 she was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Italy. 

She is IAPP qualified and has the following data protection qualification: CIPP/E.
