Robert Fett (CIPP/E) is a Senior Associate in the London office of Hogan Lovells. He helps global companies to navigate privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance challenges. He provides pragmatic advice on global compliance projects, data-related commercial agreements, product development as well as responses to incidents and regulatory investigations. Robert has a Masters in Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. His legal experience spans Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, Silicon Valley and London. Combined, these have equipped him to advise on highly technical data processing activities on a global scale. He is a qualified lawyer in England & Wales, Ireland and California.
