With a Law degree from Universidad de San Buenaventura, a Master’s in Telecommunications and IT Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and advanced studies in Cybersecurity at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, he brings a unique blend of legal and technical expertise.

With over 14 years of experience, Andrés has advised organizations across Latin America and Europe on regulatory compliance, GDPR implementation, risk management, and data protection strategies. His work in AI governance ensures alignment with international standards like ISO 23894, ISO 42001, and the NIST AI RMF.

As a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and holder of certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CSX-F, and ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, Andrés combines deep privacy knowledge with practical information security skills. He is a frequent speaker at international events and contributes to renowned publications like Bloomberg Línea and IAPP, offering forward-thinking insights and solutions.
