and governance. With nearly two decades of experience across demanding and complex private practice and in-house roles, she has a proven track record of success in senior legal and business management positions.
Nadia offers a unique and well-rounded perspective stemming from her extensive experience in litigation
and corporate law. She is a demonstrated results-driven leader proven to manage risk, add value, build high performing teams, control costs and create strategic alliances with organizational leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.
Nadia works with clients in both the public and private sectors on a variety of corporate and privacy matters.
She advises on privacy program management, risk assessments, policies and procedures, training, incident management and response, as well as access to information requests, and data sharing agreements. She also advises on commercial agreements, board governance, and enterprise risk management.
Nadia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada), issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and has recently joined an IAPP Advisory Board (Training for Privacy and Data Protection). She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Privacy and Cybersecurity at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Additionally, she was honored with inclusion in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada®, a peer-selected recognition for her expertise in Privacy and Data Security Law. This past autumn, Nadia was recognized by Mondaq as the top author in Canada for a thought leadership pieces on privacy compliance.
