Shannon Ralich serves as VP of Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Machinify, a leading health intelligence company. A strategically focused legal and privacy executive, she partners with C-suite leaders to transform compliance into a competitive advantage. In the rapidly evolving healthcare technology sector, she leads privacy, AI governance, and compliance initiatives that align innovation with regulatory expectations, ethical standards, and business objectives.

With extensive experience spanning the legal and compliance areas, Shannon has built and scaled legal functions in fast-growing organizations, including senior leadership roles at JFrog, Zendesk, and Bandwidth. She has established global privacy, AI governance, and compliance programs, navigated complex regulatory landscapes, safeguarded intellectual property, and structured critical agreements, with particular emphasis on emerging technologies.

A Board Certified Specialist in Privacy and Information Security Law, an IAPP Privacy Law Specialist, Fellow of Information Privacy, AI Governance Professional, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM. She has completed executive programs at UC Berkeley School of Law's Artificial Intelligence Institute, Berkeley Haas, Harvard, and Boston University, and is licensed in North Carolina and Washington, D.C.

As an industry leader, she serves as VP of the North Carolina Bar Association Privacy & Data Security Section, Vice Chair of the ABA E-Privacy Law Committee, and member of the North Carolina State Bar Privacy & Information Security Specialty Committee. She also serves on the IAPP Privacy Bar Section Advisory Board and Chapter Chair for the Carolinas Women in AI Governance.
