Her expertise spans US, UK, and EU markets, where she implements pragmatic solutions to navigate complex regulations and foster organizational growth.

At UKG and McAfee, Noemie supported privacy and AI governance initiatives, aligning programs with regulatory standards like GDPR and the EU AI Act. She collaborated with global regulators, supported ISO certification audits, and shaped organizational culture through cross-functional partnerships.

In 2023, she founded PS Expertise, offering tailored solutions for AI governance challenges, including monitoring AI tools, addressing vendor compliance, and training. Fluent in French and English, Noemie delivers scalable strategies for SaaS and multinational organizations.

Noemie is deeply involved with the IAPP and holds certifications including FIP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, and AI GP. She has a proven track record in data protection, risk management, and regulatory alignment, and is a regular speaker and author.
