About the IAPP

I am an Associate General Counsel and global legal executive operating at the intersection of technology, AI, product innovation, and enterprise risk. I lead high-impact legal functions that span AI governance, product compliance, data privacy, employment, litigation support, and intellectual property (patents and trademarks). My career has centered on building modern, scalable governance programs that enable hyper-growth companies to innovate responsibly while expanding globally. At Harness, I serve as Head of Product Compliance, AI and Employment, partnering closely with the C-suite and cross-functional leaders to define and execute global legal strategy. I lead the Privacy, Security & AI Office and the Employment function, manage the IP portfolio, architect enterprise frameworks, and guide the company through regulatory complexity, product launches, rapid technological change and litigation. My work strengthens operational resilience, reduces risk, accelerates go-to-market execution, and positions legal as a strategic enabler. I bring board-level perspective through my role as an Advisory Board Member for the IAPP (AIGP Exam Development Board), shaping global AI governance and professional standards. Prior to Harness, I led regional privacy and security programs at Medallia and Binance, and advised multinational companies on compliance transformation and governance at PwC.
