About the IAPP

Nancy Morgan is a National Security Executive leader, the former US Government Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer (IC CDO), CEO of Ellis Morgan Enterprises, and a Strategic Advisor to the Cantellus Group. She has 36+ years of executive level experience leading strategy, innovation and driving transformation in the data and information technology arenas. She retired from US Federal Government service in April 2022 where she successfully led numerous data and IT initiatives while serving as a program manager and Executive Leader at the Central Intelligence Agency. She has extensive experience leading major corporate transformation efforts and standing up new organizations across portfolios for data strategy, data management, data policy, data literacy/data acumen, trustworthy use of AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, software development, and cloud technology adoption/migration in the national security and intelligence arenas. She is on SambaNova Systems AI Innovation Advisory Council, T-Mobile Public Sector Advisory Council, Kibu, Inc. Advisory Council, data2 Advisors Group and Academy Securities Geopolitical Intelligence Group. She is a Visiting Fellow at the Cyber and Tech Center of the National Security Institute, a World Leaders in Data & AI Ambassador, and a frequent public speaker.
