About the IAPP

Muthoni Richards MSc is the current Data Privacy Lead and one of the leaders of the GRC team at Disney Experiences (DX); a remit which includes all Disney parks, experiences and products. Her responsibilities include institutionalizing PbD and leading next-gen IAM strategy and implementation.

Muthoni’s expertise includes decades as a regulatory risk management and international policy management practitioner. More recently it has included leading UK AADC privacy compliance engineering efforts, privacy incident management and bespoke data protection efforts at Disney.

Muthoni is a self-confessed policy nerd who enjoys global political analysis and a well aged cognac.
