About the IAPP

John Farrell is currently Lead Counsel with ByteDance focusing on for Global AI products, games and other emerging AI products, he also covers digital infrastructure projects including data centre developments. Prior to joining ByteDance, John was a partner in Mason, Hayes and Curran in Dublin specialising in large scale commercial contracts, product advisory and privacy matters for a range of leading technology companies and high-potential start-ups.
