About the IAPP

Kate Middleton is Chief Counsel - Litigation and AI Governance for Ecolab. Kate is responsible for managing Ecolab's global litigation portfolio and advises the company on AI Governance. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2023, Kate was a partner in Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP's business litigation group and Co-Chair of the firm's artificial intelligence team. Kate has a Master of Science in Business Analytics and AI from NYU Stern School of Business. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her dogs, running, cooking, and jigsaw puzzles.
