About the IAPP

Stéphan André is a Legal Officer at the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB), where he works within the NIS Team. As a legal expert specialised in ICT law, he focuses on key aspects of NIS2 implementation, including scope, cybersecurity obligations, and the treatment of public sector entities. Stéphan is the principal author of much of the CCB’s NIS2 communication material—such as the NIS2 FAQ—and regularly represents the CCB as a speaker at national events and conferences, sharing insights on the legal implementation of NIS2 in Belgium.
