Anaysha Parker, AIGP

Anaysha is a Global Lead for Privacy and AI Governance in IBM’s Office of Privacy and Responsible Technology, where she translates complex AI governance principles into actionable frameworks for IBM, its clients, and the broader industry. She plays a key role in advancing IBM’s mission to ensure trustworthy and responsible AI adoption on a global scale.
Anaysha began her IBM career in the U.S. Federal market, delivering consulting solutions that automated government workflows, enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and improving service delivery. In 2020, she transitioned to IBM’s Office of Privacy and Responsible Technology, where she has been instrumental in shaping IBM’s responsible AI strategy. She has led the development and implementation of IBM’s AI governance framework, including the AI ethics use case review process, AI risk assessments, governance models, and responsible AI training programs.
With AI’s rapid advancement, Anaysha has expanded her focus to encompass AI model governance, ensuring AI systems are transparent, fair, and aligned with ethical and regulatory standards. She collaborates with cross-functional teams, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies to drive global AI governance best practices.
