About the IAPP

Erin McKinney is Principal Policy Counsel for AWS State, Local and Education Public Policy. Erin is currently focused on legislative efforts and policy development related to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. Before pivoting to tech policy, Erin focused on corporate tax planning and policy at AWS and IBM. She holds a JD from Pace University and a BA in Gender Studies & Communication from Loyola University Chicago.
