Heather Allen is Senior Privacy Officer and Director of Privacy Management at CHG Healthcare, where she architects enterprise-wide privacy strategies across 4,000+ employees, leads comprehensive vendor risk management programs for 200+ third parties, and partners with executive leadership to integrate privacy-by-design into technology initiatives. With over 13 years building privacy programs from inception, she previously served as Privacy Manager at Intermountain Healthcare, managing privacy compliance for a $8B healthcare system with 24 hospitals and 160+ clinics, and as Privacy Officer at 1-800 Contacts, where she established their first comprehensive privacy program while scaling from $250M to $400M in revenue.

A Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), Heather brings unique technical depth to AI governance challenges in healthcare, having successfully navigated OCR investigations with zero findings and established privacy frameworks that balance regulatory compliance with business innovation. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University and a B.S. from Utah Valley University.
