About the IAPP

Lorenzo Iobbi Honorati is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley, based in Frankfurt. 

Lorenzo is a Data Protection and Privacy counsel of the global Cyber & Privacy Legal team and the Data Protection Officer of the Morgan Stanley European entities (EU DPO). 

Lorenzo joined the Firm in 2016 within the Legal & Compliance Division based in London. In January 2021, he relocated to the Morgan Stanley European headquarter in Frankfurt, and he has been recently appointed the EU DPO.

Previously, Lorenzo worked for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as a Global Privacy Advisor.

Lorenzo earned a LLM in Computer and Communication Law, graduating from Queen Mary, University of London in 2015. He qualified as an Italian avvocato in 2013 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2017.
