Simon Du Perron is an associate in Borden Ladner Gervais national Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection group. He advises businesses and public bodies on compliance with privacy and data protection legislation and building AI governance programs. Simon holds a LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Montreal and the CIPP/C and AIGP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He published his first book in 2022 with LexisNexis Canada.
